Expectations of presenters:
- Meet with a Nexus team member for a 15-minute overview meeting to review best practices for the upcoming demo coffee hour and discuss the technical logistics of presenting.
- Log on 15 minutes before the start of the Demo Coffee Hour and remain logged on through the end of the session (even if your team has already presented).
- Provide materials for the Demo Coffee Hour as requested. All presenters will be expected to submit their slides in advance of the session.
- Market the Demo Coffee Hour via a dedicated email. The Nexus team will provide a fully built out marketing packet with images, email drafts, and social media templates.
- Complete a brief post-Demo Coffee Hour survey to provide insight about your experience.
Will the Demo Coffee Hours be recorded?
Yes! The Demo Coffee Hour is an evergreen resource your organization can use for your own marketing campaigns. It will also remain published on the NXUnite website, so it can continue generating new leads for your organization.
If I present at a Demo Coffee Hour can I use clips of the recording for my own use?
Yes! We send copies of the recording file to presenters upon request after the event.
Will I receive contact information of Demo Coffee Hour attendees so that I may do outreach following the session?
You will receive the contact information of all registrants who opt-in to hear from your particular organization. You will also receive the contact information of registrants who heard about the panel via your specific marketing. Contact information will be shared within 48 hours of the coffee hour.
