Seeking change-makers who work in — or for – the non-profit sector, who want to share their experience creating impact in their communities.
Goal: Our goal is to offer continuous learning opportunities for nonprofit leaders and managers that support skill-development, networking, and community.

- leveraging technology and data
- mental health and well-being for leaders
- effective volunteer recruitment and management
Ideal Contributors and Qualifications: We are seeking experienced nonprofit professionals, subject matter experts, and thought leaders who can share their expertise and insights in an engaging and interactive format. Ideal contributors should have a deep understanding of nonprofit management and leadership and be experienced facilitators, particularly in an interactive workshop/webinar setting.
Past Topics: Decolonizing governance, Creating Welcoming Workplaces for Trans and Non-Binary People, Creating Cohesion on Hybrid Teams, Change Management, Addressing Discrimination and Harassment: Best Practices for Employers, Difficult Conversations, Giving and Receiving Feedback.
Host Sector: We provide consulting and training to Canadian non-profit leaders and managers.
Host Audience: 3K+ newsletter subscribers, comprised of non-profit leaders and managers, primarily in Canada.
