We initiated the partnership by benchmarking current web performance and mapping out the information architecture. Through user testing and treejack testing*, we uncovered severe navigation flaws which could be hindering conversions.
User testing revealed that the user journey across the website was not straightforward. Hence there were many gaps and conversions were not optimized.
For instance, we discovered that users heavily research software integrations during their decision-making process. However, these high-intent integration pages completely lacked conversion calls-to-action, forcing users to scroll endlessly without a clear path to request a demo.
