Kendall Lake, Agency Operations

Kendall Lake leads agency operations for Nexus Marketing, where she directs the account management, content, strategic partnerships, and new services divisions. She is passionate about steering these teams to help clients in the mission-driven space reach their customers through impactful SEO, content, and digital marketing strategies.

A proud Double Dawg, Kendall earned her bachelor’s in journalism and her master’s in emerging media from the University of Georgia. Before joining Nexus, Kendall worked in presentation development and curation for TEDxUGA, one of the largest independently organized TEDx events.

Jenny Russ

Jenny Russ, Client Solutions Executive

Jenny Russ leads business development at Nexus Marketing, where she connects businesses with the strategic digital marketing and revenue-generation services they need to scale within the mission-driven sector. She is passionate about empowering companies that serve nonprofits, schools, associations, and healthcare organizations to reach their target audiences.

Jenny is a proud alumna of Emory University, where she earned her bachelors in English Literature. Prior to joining the Nexus team, Jenny worked at multiple nonprofit organizations, both in Atlanta and abroad.

Maggie Chagoya

Maggie Chagoya, Client Services Lead

As leader of the Account Management team at Nexus Marketing, Maggie Chagoya is dedicated to devising strategic marketing strategies for clients in the mission-driven sector. She specializes in building long-term organic authority and visibility that connects Nexus’s clients with their most important audiences. Under her leadership, the account management team seeks not merely to provide activity updates or standard data reports but to develop relationships with clients and implement innovative marketing solutions that drive them to ROI.

Maggie graduated from Emory University with her Bachelor’s in English & Creative Writing and Spanish and her Master’s in English. Before joining Nexus, Maggie held various mentorship positions at Emory, including in the Department of Residence Life and University Libraries. She currently volunteers with LifeLine Animal Project in Atlanta. Advocacy for those with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities is another cause close to her heart.

SarahMedilo

Sarah Medilo, Hubspot Lead

As Revenue Operations Lead at Nexus Marketing, Sarah Medilo brings strategic rigor and operational clarity to the systems that power sustainable growth. She specializes in aligning marketing, sales, and customer success through well-designed processes, trustworthy data, and CRM architectures that teams actually use. A proud HubSpot Admin HUG member, Sarah has guest-led HubSpot “Show & Tell” sessions where she shared custom workflows designed to improve call routing and tracking, reflecting her hands-on, practitioner-first approach to Rev Ops.

She holds multiple HubSpot Academy, Bootcamp, and Partner certifications, previously led the top HubSpot Diamond Partner agency in the Philippines, and served on both the HubSpot Partner Advisory Council and as a HubSpot Partner User Group Champion for South and Southeast Asia. In 2025, she won the Agent.ai Builder Workshop for Most Useful AI Agent with GoBag Prepper, a practical AI solution built for real-world readiness.

Abby Santos, Design & Brand Lead

Formerly a Creative Team Head at Leo Burnett Manila, Abby specializes in developing high-quality campaigns for recognizable global brands. Her portfolio includes work for McDonald’s, OREO, and Opella—notably the “McClassroom” initiatives, which earned shortlists at Cannes Lions. Beyond her agency experience, she played a significant role in rebranding Narra Post Production Studios, an internationally recognized studio. A 2024 Spikes Asia creative delegate and a top-ranked Visual Communication graduate from UP Diliman, Abby focuses on bridging technical precision with impactful design.
